Upon receipt of full payment, Jewelry Auction will dispatch the item(s) to the address provided during registration. Please note that PO boxes must include a street address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, you must provide additional written documentation.

Most items are shipped within 5 business days after payment clears, unless specified otherwise. Delivery times for larger items may vary.

Shipping and handling fees are detailed in each item’s description. These fees cover shipping, handling, materials, labor, and insurance.

Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.

For shipments to Canada or outside the USA, the winning bidder is responsible for all relevant taxes and duties.
